An ERGOFLEX industrial manipulator is a self-contained, manually controlled hydraulic lifting arm used for quick, convenient and accurate handling of materials. It is much faster, safer, more versatile and accurate than a jib crane and a mere fraction of the cost of an industrial robot.
ERGOFLEX industrial manipulators can perform many positioning and assembling tasks such as loading work pieces into machine tools, removing cores from boxes, manipulating large sheets of steel or glass and an assortment of other operations. ERGOFLEX industrial manipulators can be found in numerous companies throughout the world performing handling operations that were previously done manually with jib cranes or overhead cranes.

Ergoflex MA - Light & Fast
The Ergoflex model MA series industrial manipulator is the fastest, lightest and most efficient arm system. It can be equipped with our standard array of end-of-arm tools and is hydraulically powered. It can also be installed on a stationary floor pillar or an overhead trolley. It typically requires more ceiling clearance and has less off-center loading capacities than the Hydraulic MB series. Maximum lift capacities are 575 pounds with off-center capabilities of 580 ft-lbs.
Ergoflex MB – For Off-Center Loads & Low Ceilings
The Ergoflex model MB series industrial manipulator is a highly customizable hydraulically powered arm system. It can accommodate low ceiling clearances and obstructions and can handle higher off center loads than the MA series. It can be equipped with our standard array of end-of-arm tools. It can also be installed on a stationary floor pillar or an overhead trolley. This series has our highest lifting capacities up to 1,300 pounds and 3,685 ft-lbs.
Ergobalancer BA - for Balancing & moving loads easily
The Ergobalancer model BA series is a pneumatically powered balancing industrial manipulator. It has the same arm design of the hydraulic MA series but gives the features of balancing and “floating” the load. It can be equipped with our standard array of end-of-arm tools. It can also be installed on a stationary floor pillar or an overhead trolley. It typically requires more ceiling clearance and has less off-center loading capacities than the Hydraulic MB series. Maximum lift capacities are 575 pounds with off-center capabilities of 580 ft-lbs.

Ergobalancer BB - For Balancing High, Off-Center Loads & Low Ceilings

Ergomove - Hydraulic Power for Heavy Loads
The Ergomove is an hydraulically powered vertical lifting cylinder. It can handle high loads (up to 1,500 pounds) with a maximum off-center capacity of 1,150 ft-lbs. It typically is mounted from an overhead rail system but can be mounted from an articulated jib. It can be equipped with our standard array of end-of-arm tools.

Ergogrip - Versatile Grippers
The Ergogrip series of grippers has a modular design that can be used on all of our manipulators. These grippers are typically hydraulically powered, powerful and compact. Plus they have a long gripping stroke and angular or parallel gripping mechanisms. They can have motion in the gamma and beta axis and can grip internally or externally on a workpiece. Gripper jaws are highly customizable to accommodate customer workpieces.
aCCESSORIES FOR ALL OF OUR TOOLS
Many accessories on the Ergoflex arms are available. Such as special controls, spring-loaded rotation locks, unlimited rotation in tooling, high-temperature versions and more. Ergoflex excels in designing special tooling and arms to tackle tough customer applications the standard equipment cannot handle.
